An invitation from Dick Schwartz…

I’m thrilled to invite you to join our global community of advanced IFS learners in the Continuity Program. This offer is available to those who’ve completed an IFS Level 1 Training or Online Circle.

For over six years, we’ve developed programs focused on IFS applications of current clinical topics. We’ve witnessed a phenomenal community of thousands develop and connect from around the world.

I’m always excited to see how our IFS trainers and thought leaders are on the front lines of innovation with the model. A highlight for me are my monthly connections with the IFS Continuity community. During my live events, we provide opportunities for members to present case consultations, as well as selective review of client demonstration videos.

Here’s what we’ll cover in the next program:

What if the nervous system is not just biological?

What if it is sacred—and relational?

What if it is the riverbed through which love, life, and spirit flow—shaping how we experience the world, ourselves, our parts, and even the divine?

As the poet Rumi wrote:

“Soul, a moving river. Body, the riverbed.”

In this program, we’ll journey together through four interconnected explorations:

  • The nervous system is sacred — the sacred is a relational field
  • The nervous system is relational — the heart is its barometer
  • Beyond co-regulation — when the heart and field cohere, love reveals itself
  • Love as gateway, ground, and sky — a sacred field where parts, and Self belong

Drawing from IFS®, Somatic IFS, Relational Intelligence®, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, mysticism, and wisdom traditions, we’ll explore the nervous system and relational field through practices that invite deeper presence and healing.

This is not a didactic training. It is a living invitation. You are not asked to adopt a belief, but to experience how relating to your own system—and your clients’ systems—as sacred and relational might open new possibilities for healing and wholeness.

SEPTEMBER 2025

The Nervous System is Sacred — The Sacred is a Relational Field

What if the nervous system is not only biological — but sacred?

In this opening module, we’ll explore how the sacred is not a belief but a relational field—a living mystery felt through the body. Through guided reflection and experiential practices, you’ll sense how your own nervous system can open into connection and sacred presence with life, love, and spirit, and how reclaiming this sacredness may open new possibilities for healing for you and your clients.

  • Live 75-minute video demonstration with Dick Schwartz on Wednesday, September 24 at 4 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. CT/ 2 p.m. MT/ 1 p.m. PT
  • Live 75-minute Q&A with Steve Chee on Tuesday, September 30 at 12 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. CT/ 10 a.m. MT/ 9 a.m. PT
OCTOBER 2025

The Nervous System is Relational — The Heart is Its Barometer

In this module, we’ll explore how the nervous system is constantly reading the field and answering one question: Am I safe enough to connect? Through guided reflection and experiential practices, you’ll sense the relational music your nervous system plays—mobilizing, withdrawing, or opening to connection—and discover how the heart serves as its barometer.

  • Live 75-minute Q&A with Steve Chee on Friday, October 17 at 12 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. CT/ 10 a.m. MT/ 9 a.m. PT
  • Live 75-minute video demonstration with Dick Schwartz on Wednesday, October 22 at 4 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. CT/ 2 p.m. MT/ 1 p.m. PT
NOVEMBER 2025

Beyond Co-Regulation — When the Heart and Field Cohere, Love Reveals Itself

Healing happens in relationship—not only through co-regulation, but also through co-revelation—a mutual, relational field where love emerges and transforms us. In this module, we’ll explore how nervous system states shape—and are shaped by—the relational field, and how coherence between heart and field allows parts to be felt and Self to truly connect.

  • Live 75-minute Q&A with Steve Chee on Friday, November 14 at 12 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. CT/ 10 a.m. MT/ 9 a.m. PT
  • Live 75-minute video demonstration with Dick Schwartz on Wednesday, November 19 at 4 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. CT/ 2 p.m. MT/ 1 p.m. PT
DECEMBER 2025

Love as Gateway, Ground, and Sky — A Sacred Field Where Parts and Self Belong

In this closing module, we return to love—not as a concept, but as the living field that holds sacred relational truths and supports healing. We’ll explore how love moves through the nervous system as a sacred relational pathway—serving as the gateway to safety, the ground of autonomy, and the sky of relational becoming. Through guided practice and reflection, you’ll sense how love allows parts and Self to belong together in wholeness and how this sacred field may deepen your presence in IFS work and in life.

  • Live 75-minute Q&A with Steve Chee on Friday, December 12 at 12 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. CT/ 10 a.m. MT/ 9 a.m. PT
  • Live 75-minute video demonstration with Dick Schwartz on Wednesday, December 17 at 4 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. CT/ 2 p.m. MT/ 1 p.m. PT

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

…Last year I was on the fence about the cost and wondered how much I would get out of the program. Now I can’t imagine going without it. It has been a valuable resource for diving into special topics within IFS, hearing excellent case consultations, and learning from more of the lead trainers.
