# IFS Institute Certificates of Completion

##### Certificates of Completion are sent to *graduates of IFS Training.   

- ##### Certificates of Completion are emailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the last day of the training.  

## Frequently asked questions

*Who gets a Certificate of Completion?

Graduates are participants who complete the necessary attendance hours of each program will earn the Certificate of Completion.  Your attendance requirements for your training are listed on your Training Informational Brochure on the IFS website. 

Program Assistants do not qualify for a Certificate of Completion. 

When will I get my Certificate of Completion?

Typically, we send Certificates of Completion about 4-6 weeks after the final day of a training. 

Does a Certificate of Completion mean I can start Certification?

Please refer to the [Certification page on our Website.](https://ifs-institute.com/ifs-certification)  The Completion of a Level 1 Training is a requirement to start the process of Certification but does not mean you are Certified in IFS.  There are other requirements to start the process. 

I need to update my name on my Certificate. Who do I contact?

I lost my Certificate of Completion. How do I get a new one?

⚠️If your training was organized by an International or North American Partner, you will need to contact that partner directly. 

 

Can I get proof of my attendance before my Certificate of Completion is ready?

Certificates of Completion are typically issued **4–6 weeks after** your final day of training. If you need proof sooner, you can request a **Letter of Completion** for verification or reimbursement purposes.
