# Contact Information

How can I update my contact information on the roster for my Level 1, 2, or 3 training?

To update your contact information on the training roster, please email [training@ifs-institute.com](mailto:training@ifs-institute.com). We will update your contact information on the training roster and in our database.

How is my contact information shared with other participants in my Level 1, 2, or 3 training?

We share a roster with all training members, including participants and staff. The shared roster lists information that allows training members to reach out to one another. This information includes: your preferred first name, last name, pronouns, state/province, country/region, phone number, and email address as you submitted this information on your General Application.

To update your contact information on the training roster, please email [training@ifs-institute.com](mailto:training@ifs-institute.com). We will update your contact information on the training roster and in our database. 

How do I change my name on my continuing education (CE) certificate?

Please contact our CE provider directly to update your name on your CE certificate.
