On-Site and Hybrid Support
Is there an additional fee for On-Site trainings?
Details about included fees such as meals or lodging may vary depending on the training location. Arrangements are set by each training site, so offerings may vary by location.
For precise information about what is covered with your tuition:
- Visit the IFS Institute website to access your training’s informational brochure.
- Refer to the “Site and Travel Information” section.
Here, you’ll find clear details about which expenses are included, as well as any additional costs or accommodations you should plan for.
If you need further support or have questions, our team is here to help—please contact us anytime.
How do I book my overnight accommodations?
Lodging information for your training is available in your Informational Training Brochure, located on the IFS Institute website under “Site and Travel Information.”
- If your lodging is arranged by IFS Institute, our On-Site Support team will provide a booking link and full details via email about two months prior to your first on-site session.
- For sites where accommodations are managed directly by the site, please refer to the brochure for step-by-step reservation instructions.
How can I update or cancel my overnight accommodations at the training site?
If you need to make changes to your overnight accommodation, please contact the training site directly first. In most cases, site staff will be able to assist you with updating your details.
If the site is unable to make the change or directs you back to us, you can then reach out to the IFS Institute On-Site Support team for further assistance.
For Cancellations: please review your Informational Brochure to acknowledge cancellation dates.
For site-specific details and contact information, review your Informational Training Brochure (found on the IFS Institute Website) under the section titled “Site and Travel Information.”
Does IFS Institute arrange transportation?
IFS Institute invites participants to coordinate their own travel to and from training locations, including arrangements for flights, ground transportation, and related travel details.
Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and any other travel logistics related to attending the training.
For location-specific recommendations (such as nearby airports, public transit options, or parking), please refer to your training’s informational brochure under the section titled “Site and Travel Information.”
If additional support is needed, our team is available to offer general assistance.
Are ride-share options available?
While IFS Institute does not facilitate ride sharing, we encourage collaboration within our training community. If you’d like to arrange shared transportation with others in your cohort, you are welcome to reach out directly to fellow participants.
Your training roster—with contact information—will be accessible on your Connection Page approximately three weeks prior to the program’s start.
Participants can then make independent arrangements for travel or ride sharing as they wish.
What meals are provided during On-Site trainings?
Meal availability and options vary depending on the training site.
To see what meals are provided for your specific training, please review your Informational Training Brochure (found on the IFS Institute Website) under the section titled “Site and Travel Information.”
This section outlines which meals are included, available dining options, and any special notes related to dietary accommodations.
How do I confirm my dietary restrictions?
If you need to confirm or update your dietary restrictions, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist you in confirming your preferences for your upcoming training.
Are kosher meal options available?
Kosher meals are available upon request; however, please note that these meals are provided through a trusted third-party caterer, separate from the standard meal plan included with your training.
If you require kosher accommodations, you will be billed directly for any additional catering expenses based on site-specific offerings.
For the best experience, we encourage you to reach out to our team at least four weeks prior to your training, allowing ample time to coordinate these arrangements.
Can I bring my family with me?
To support a focused and restorative learning environment for all attendees, we are unable to accommodate guests who are not registered for the training.
Because the training is immersive and thoughtfully structured, we recommend that your downtime be dedicated to rest, reflection, or connecting with fellow participants.
If you plan to travel with family members or companions, we invite you to arrange their accommodations at nearby hotels or lodgings.
For additional guidance on local options, please refer to the “Site and Travel Information” section in your training brochure.
Can I stay a few extra days at the training site?
If you wish to arrive before your scheduled training or extend your stay beyond the official dates, additional overnight accommodations may be available. To explore these options, please reach out directly to the training site using the contact information provided in your training brochure under “Site and Travel Information.” Availability is subject to the site's capacity.
