Are there waitlists for the workshops for the 2025 IFS In-Person conference?

Conference attendees will select their workshops at the time of registration. A full list of workshops is published ahead of time, so you’ll have time to review the offerings and plan your ideal schedule before registration opens.

Please note that most sessions have a limited capacity. If a workshop fills, a waitlist option will be available. Registered participants on the waitlist will be notified if a spot becomes available and will have the opportunity to adjust their schedules.

Capacity Changes: To ensure the best experience for all attendees, we’ll be closely monitoring registration and workshop demand. When possible, we’ll adjust rooms or expand capacities for popular sessions. If a workshop you’re waitlisted for is moved to a larger room, we’ll notify you right away so you can join.
