Clear your cache & cookies
If you’re experiencing a technical issue in the Learning Hub, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies is often the first step in resolving the problem.
Clearing your cache and cookies can help resolve issues such as:

Missing or incorrect course content

Progress not updating properly
-
Courses not appearing in your dashboard

Login errors

To clear your cache and cookies on a Mac:
Open your internet browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
Press Command + Shift + Delete at the same time.
Follow the prompts to clear cached images/files and cookies.
Windows
To clear your cache and cookies on Windows:
Open your internet browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete at the same time.
Follow the prompts to clear cached images/files and cookies.
Browser Settings
Most browsers also allow you to clear cache and cookies through their settings menu.
If you are unsure how to clear your browser data, refer to your browser’s Help section for step-by-step instructions.
After Clearing Your Cache
After clearing your cache and cookies, you will need to log back into the Learning Hub.
Once logged in, check whether your issue has been resolved.
If the problem continues, please contact the Help Desk and include:

The email address you are using

A description of the issue

A screenshot of any error message
Try an Incognito or Private Window
If you prefer not to clear your cache, you can try opening the Learning Hub in a private or incognito window.
If the issue resolves in incognito mode, it is likely related to your browser cache and can usually be resolved by clearing it.
