How is my program progress tracked?
The Learning Hub automatically tracks your program progress as you complete lessons.
Here’s how progress is recorded:
Lessons Without Video
If a lesson does not include a video, simply opening the lesson page will automatically mark it complete. Participation in discussion areas is not required for completion tracking.
Video Lessons
If a lesson includes a video, it must be watched in its entirety to be marked complete.
🖊️Tip: After finishing a video, wait approximately 30 seconds before navigating away to ensure your completion status is recorded.
Live Event Webinars
If you attend a live event webinar, the Learning Hub’s Zoom integration will automatically mark the lesson complete.
If you watch a recording of a live event, the video must be viewed in full for the lesson to be marked complete.
