How is my course progress tracked in the Learning Hub?

We’re pleased to share that the Learning Hub now tracks your course progress automatically. 

If you open a lesson page with no video, it will automatically be marked complete.

If you open a lesson page with a recorded video lesson, it must be watched in its entirety to be marked complete. (Tip: waiting 30 seconds after completing a video before moving on can help ensure your completion status is registered.)

If you attend a live event webinar, the Learning Hub's Zoom integration will automatically mark the lesson complete. If you watch the live event's recording, it must be viewed in its entirety to be marked complete.

Your participation is not required on discussion pages. Simply opening the lesson page will mark it complete.
