Financial Assistance Policy for IFS Institute Trainings
IFS℠ Institute offers financial assistance opportunities for eligible applicants seeking to participate in qualifying IFS Institute Trainings. Financial assistance is subject to application requirements, designated deadlines, and award availability.
Application Requirements
Applicants seeking financial assistance for an IFS Institute Training must complete the financial assistance application process before registering for their intended training.
Financial assistance applications are reviewed separately from training applications. Submission of a training application or acceptance into a training does not guarantee financial assistance.
Application and Award Timeline
Financial assistance applications must be submitted and reviewed during the designated financial assistance application period.
Applicants must receive confirmation of a financial assistance award before completing their training registration.
Applicants are responsible for reviewing financial assistance communications and completing all required steps within the communicated deadlines.
Financial Assistance After Registration
Financial assistance cannot be awarded or applied retroactively once a participant has completed registration for an IFS Institute Training.
Participants who register without a confirmed financial assistance award are not eligible to receive financial assistance for that existing registration.
Award Availability
Financial assistance awards are subject to eligibility, review, and available funding. Submission of a financial assistance application does not guarantee an award.
Scholarship Award Validity and Expiration
Scholarship awards are valid for one year from the date of award.
Recipients must register for an eligible IFS Institute Training before their scholarship expires to utilize their award.
If a recipient does not register for a training within the one-year validity period, their scholarship will expire and can no longer be applied toward training tuition.
Individuals seeking financial assistance after their award has expired must submit a new scholarship application for consideration. Previously awarded scholarships are not automatically renewed, and approval of a new application is not guaranteed.
