I’m experiencing technical difficulties in the Learning Hub. Do you have any troubleshooting tips?

Most Learning Hub interruptions are temporary and resolve on their own within 24 hours. As a first line of defense, we encourage you to follow some standard troubleshooting procedures to restore the Learning Hub to its full capabilities.  

Here are our tips: 

  1. Restart your device.
  2. Double-check that your web browser is up-to-date. Click here for a video with instructions for updating Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
  3. Clear all web browsing data, including cookies, cache, and search history. Click here for a video with instructions for clearing your browsing data in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
  4. Make sure your device's operating system is up-to-date.
  5. Try opening the website in a private or incognito tab. This can help in cases when a user's browser extensions are impacting the website's ability to load certain features.
