When will I be contacted about registering for a training program?

After the General Application (GA) Period closes, your application will be processed in the order it was received, likely within a few weeks. Once processing is complete, all applicants will receive an email regarding their GA's approval status.

Those whose GAs are approved will have the opportunity to enroll in a training program within 12-18 months. In other words, if your application is approved, you may not be invited to register right away. Registration Groups are assigned based on prioritization, and you'll be notified by email when it's your turn to select from the available trainings.

At that time, you'll get access to each training's Informational Brochure, which contains all of a training's important details such as its schedule, format, cost, location, CE credit approvals, and more. This process eliminates the need to repeatedly enter lotteries for individual trainings.

You'll be invited to register more than once if trainings offered the first time do not meet your specific needs. However, please keep in mind that the trainings included in your first Registration Group may align with the preferences you indicated on your GA better than those in subsequent training batches.
