How and when are scholarship applications reviewed?
Scholarship applications are reviewed later in the admissions process, after an applicant is invited to register for a training.
When scholarship applications are reviewed
IFS Institute does not review scholarship applications immediately after they are submitted.
Instead:
-
Scholarship applications are reviewed when an applicant is invited to a registration period
-
Review timing is aligned with training registration dates.
This ensures scholarship decisions are made in context of actual training opportunities.
When you’ll receive a decision
If you have submitted a scholarship application and are invited to register for a training:
-
Your scholarship application will be reviewed at that time
-
You will receive a scholarship decision before your registration date
-
This allows you to decide whether to move forward with registration based on the outcome
Important things to know
-
Submitting a scholarship application does not trigger immediate review
-
Scholarship review is tied to registration eligibility, not application submission date
-
Not all approved applicants will receive a scholarship, even if eligibility criteria are met
-
Scholarships are limited and awarded based on availability
Haven’t been invited to register yet?
If you’ve submitted a General Application and a scholarship application but have not yet been invited to register, no action is needed at this time.
Waiting is a normal part of the process.
