I can't access my CE post-test link. What should I do?
If you purchased Continuing Education (CE) credit for a Learning Hub program but are unable to access the post-test, your test link may have expired.
While CE approval remains valid for up to five years from the program’s original start date (when applicable), third-party post-test links may expire within a limited timeframe after the program’s recommended completion date.
How to Request a New CE Test Link
If your CE link has expired:
Locate your proof of CE credit purchase.
Email AMEDCO directly at certificate@amedcoemail.com.
Include your proof of purchase and the name of the program.
Request a new personalized link to complete the post-test.
Once you receive access and pass the post-test with the required score, you will be prompted to download your official CE certificate.
Important Notes
-
CE post-tests and certificates are administered by our CE co-sponsor, AMEDCO.
-
The IFS Institute does not control third-party link expiration timelines.

For the fastest resolution, contact AMEDCO directly.
If you have questions about CE eligibility (not link access), please review your program’s CE Approval Notice.
