What is the schedule and attendance requirements for the IFS Foundations for Coaches?
The IFS Foundations for Coaches Program consists of live Zoom sessions delivered across multiple modules, along with required Guided Practice Group meetings.
Program Format
The program includes the following live components:

One 2-hour Kickoff Session

Seven 5-hour live instruction webinars (35 total instructional hours), delivered across three modules

Six weekly 90-minute Guided Practice Group meetings
All sessions are delivered live via Zoom. There is no asynchronous or self-paced option.
Attendance Requirements
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must attend:

At least 30 of the 35 live instructional hours

At least 5 of the 6 Guided Practice Group meetings
Session recordings may be available for review. Recordings do not replace required live attendance.
