Set up your Learning Hub account
You can create an account to start your learning journey on the Learning Hub. This article will show you how to create an account and verify your email address.
Important: The IFS Customer Portal and the Learning Hub are two separate systems and require separate account setups.
We recommend using the same email address for both systems to ensure your registrations and course access align correctly. Using different email addresses may delay access to your Learning Hub programs.
Create an account
To create Learning Hub account:
1. Go to Learn.ifs-institute.com
2. At the top right corner, click Create Account.
3. Choose a login option for your account.
4. Complete the steps on the screen to set up your account.
Login Options
When you create an account, you can choose from the following login options:
- Email address and password.
- Link your social account for login (using Google).
Once you create your account, you can change your account settings any time.
Verify your email address
You'll need to verify your email address in order to do certain things on the platform (such as resetting your password).
To verify your email address:
1. Open your email inbox.
2. Search for 'IFS Learning Hub' and look for an email that says 'Your New Account' in the subject.
3. Open the email.
4. Click the link provided in the email.
If the link isn't working, you can copy and paste the link into your address bar. If the link is expired, contact us for support.
If you can't find the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. Make sure you're looking at the inbox for the email address you used when you created your Learning Hub account (you can check which email you used in your Account Settings).
