What are the requirements and prerequisites for a Program Assistant role in North America?
The following requirements apply to Program Assistant (PA) roles in IFS Institute trainings organized in the United States and Canada.
Identification & Payment Requirements

PA applicants must have either a U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) or a Canadian Social Insurance Number (SIN).

PA applicants must have a valid U.S. or Canadian mailing address, as stipend payments are issued by check.
Training Completion Requirements
Level 1 Trainings

Applicants must have graduated from a Level 1 IFS training program.

Preference may be given to applicants who are IFS Certified.
Level 2 Trainings

Applicants must have graduated from a Level 2 IFS training program.

Preference may be given to applicants who are IFS Certified.
Level 3 Trainings

Applicants must have graduated from a Level 3 IFS training program.

Applicants must have earned Experienced PA status.

Preference may be given to applicants who are IFS Certified.
Participation Limitation
If you are applying to be a participant in a training, you should not apply to serve as a Program Assistant in that same training.
