What is the IFS™ Certification application process like?

The IFS™ Certification process is managed through a centralized online application system.

Applicants submit required documentation, forms, and session review materials through the Institute’s designated application platform.

Step 1: Confirm Eligibility

Before applying, review the eligibility requirements to ensure you qualify for Certification:

Step 2: Contact the Certification Team

Once Level 1 is complete and you are ready to begin, contact: certification@ifs-institute.com

The Certification team will conduct a brief pre-screening to confirm your eligibility pathway and provide instructions for next steps.

Step 3: Purchase the Certification Process

Once pre-screening is complete, you will receive instructions to purchase the Certification process through the IFS Institute website.

After purchase, you will be provided access to the Certification application materials.

Step 4: Submit Required Documentation

Applicants will submit documentation through the designated application portal, including:

  • Training completion verification

  • Practice hour documentation

  • Continuing education and consultation hours

  • Consultant recommendation materials

  • Recorded or Live Session Review materials

Step 5: Certification Review and Decision

Once all required materials have been received and reviewed, a Certification decision will be issued in accordance with the Certification Policy.
