What happens after I’m selected as a Program Assistant?
If you are selected to serve as a Program Assistant (PA), the trainer team will contact you directly using the email address you provided in your application.
After selection, you can expect to:
Receive confirmation of your selection and training details
Receive onboarding information and important documents, including the Program Assistant Handbook
Review training schedules, expectations, and policies prior to the start of the training
Participate in required staff meetings during the training
Program Assistants are expected to be fully present for all training days and staff meetings.
If you have not yet completed the PA Administrative Orientation, you are strongly encouraged to do so prior to serving in the role.
Additional logistical details, including stipend documentation and administrative forms, will be provided after selection.
