Need to make a change? Cancel your registration by August 22, 2025, to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Simply log into your registration portal to update, modify, or cancel your registration.

No refunds or credits will be issued after August 22, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Important for Q Center Guests: If you’ve reserved a room at the Q Center and need to cancel, please contact them directly by August 25, 2025, to avoid any additional fees.
