What is your return policy?

Bookstore Return Policy

If returning a book for damaged reasons: Contact our Customer Success team at info@ifs-institute.com for instructions to send items back to Speaker Fulfillment Services. Contact our Customer Success team prior to mailing items. Refund in full including S/H. No re-stocking fee will be applied.

If returning a book for any other reason: Contact our Customer Success team at info@ifs-institute.com  for instructions to send items back to Speaker Fulfillment Services.
 Refund in full for merchandise only less $3.50 restocking fee per box. IFS Institute will not cover S/H for the return to Speaker Fulfillment Services.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
