What Should I Consider Before Choosing an Online Training?
Online IFS℠ trainings allow you to participate live from your own space. Before choosing an online training, consider whether your environment, technology, and schedule will support full participation.
Privacy and Your Learning Space
IFS training includes experiential learning, discussion, and practice that require a private learning environment.
Plan to participate from a space where you can be alone and free from other people entering or sharing the room during training sessions.
A private space helps protect both your privacy and the privacy of other participants.
Technology and Internet Access
You will need:
- A reliable internet connection.
- A computer or other device capable of accessing the required online training platform.
- Working audio and video.
- A space where you can participate without unnecessary interruptions.
Recording and Automated Note-Taking Tools
Automated recording, transcription, AI note-taking, or similar tools should not be active during training sessions.
Before training begins, make sure any automated meeting assistants, transcription tools, or AI note-taking applications connected to your device or meeting platform are turned off.
Time Zone
Online trainings may be scheduled in a time zone different from your own.
Before registering, review the training schedule and confirm how the listed session times translate to your local time zone. Consider whether you can consistently attend the complete scheduled sessions.
Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all required training sessions.
Review the individual training brochure for the complete schedule, attendance requirements, and maximum allowable missed hours before registering.
