Attendance Expectations

Attendance expectations apply to all training formats.

Participants are expected to attend all required training sessions. Each training has its own attendance requirements, including the maximum number of hours that may be missed while remaining eligible for completion.

Please review the individual training brochure for the attendance requirements associated with your training.

Online Training

Online training sessions take place live online, typically through Zoom.

Participants join remotely for all scheduled sessions and should plan for:

  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A device capable of accessing Zoom and other required training materials.
  • A private space that supports active participation in the training.

Review the individual training brochure for the complete schedule, time zone, and attendance requirements.

On-Site Training

On-site training sessions take place in person at the designated training location.

These trainings offer a more immersive, retreat-style experience, with participants learning and practicing together on-site.

Depending on the training, participants may need to make arrangements for:

  • Travel to and from the training location.
  • Lodging.
  • Meals.
  • Local transportation.
  • Other expenses associated with attending in person.

Travel, lodging, meals, and other arrangements vary by training. Review the individual training brochure for details about the location, schedule, attendance requirements, and what is included.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid trainings combine on-site and live online learning within one training program.

Depending on the training schedule, one or more sessions may take place in person, with the remaining sessions held live online.

Both components are part of the required training experience. Participants cannot attend an on-site session virtually unless otherwise specifically stated for that training.

Participants considering a hybrid training should plan for both:

  • Travel and other arrangements required for the on-site portions of the training.
  • Reliable internet access and an appropriate learning space for live online sessions.

Each hybrid training has its own combination of on-site and online sessions. Review the individual training brochure carefully for the complete schedule, location, attendance requirements, and other details before registering.
