When will I hear back about my PA application?
After the PA application window closes, trainer teams review all submitted applications for that specific training.
Notification timing is determined by the trainer team. Most selection decisions are finalized several weeks before the training begins.
As a general guideline:

For online trainings, decisions are typically made approximately 7 weeks before the start date.

For hybrid or on-site trainings, decisions are typically made approximately 8 weeks before the start date.
However, timelines may vary depending on the trainer team and the specific training.
Trainers contact applicants directly regarding their selection status using the email address provided in the PA application. Please be sure to submit your application using an email address that you check regularly and will continue to have access to.
Because each training has a limited number of PA positions available, not all qualified applicants will be selected.
