Why can’t I transfer my registration to another training?
IFS trainings are designed as cohort-based, experiential programs. Each training operates as a complete learning group with a fixed structure that includes assigned practice groups and facilitation specific to that cohort.
Because of this structure:
-
Each training has a set number of participants
-
Cohorts are built intentionally to support experiential learning and group continuity
-
Registrations cannot be moved between trainings once a cohort is full
IFS trainings cannot accommodate additional participants beyond the established cohort size, and registrations cannot be exchanged or transferred between individuals or training programs.
What this means for participants
When you register for a training, your seat is reserved for that specific cohort only. If your availability changes after registration, transferring your seat to another training is not possible.
For this reason, we strongly encourage registering for a training whose dates, format, and schedule you are confident you can fully attend.
If you’re unsure whether a training will work for you, it may be best to wait for a future offering that better fits your availability.
