Why Do Trainings Fill So Quickly?

IFS trainings often fill very quickly once registration opens. We understand this can feel frustrating, especially if you were logged in and ready at the opening time.

Here’s why this happens.

1. High Demand, Limited Seats

IFS Level 1 trainings typically have a limited number of seats (often around 36 participants per training).

Trainings are intentionally kept small to support a high-quality learning experience. Because interest is often strong and seat availability is limited, trainings may fill quickly once registration opens.

Seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Simultaneous Registration Activity

At the moment registration opens (listed in U.S. Central Time), many applicants refresh the page and submit registration within seconds.

Because of this simultaneous activity, seats can fill within minutes.

This does not indicate:

    • A system error

    • Seats being held

    • A problem with your application

    • A malfunction in the Customer Portal

It simply reflects high demand.

3. Preparation Can Make a Difference

We recommend:

    • Logging into your Customer Portal before registration opens

    • Saving your payment method in advance

    • Using a strong internet connection

    • Refreshing the page right at the opening time

You can review detailed preparation steps here:
I received a registration invitation — what do I do next?

4. If You Were Not Able to Register

If you were unable to secure a seat during this Registration Period:

    • Nothing is wrong with your application

    • Your approved General Application remains valid

    • You will continue to receive future registration invitations

No additional action is required.

5. Future Opportunities

New trainings are added regularly, and additional Registration Periods are offered throughout the year.

We encourage you to review invitation emails carefully and prepare in advance for future registration openings.
