Payments on the Learning Hub

You can use the following payment methods to purchase Learning Hub programs and memberships. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept the following major credit and debit cards:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • JCB

Card payments are supported for one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.


Prepaid Cards

Prepaid cards from the credit card brands listed above may be used for one-time purchases.

Prepaid cards may not be eligible for recurring subscription payments, depending on the card issuer.


Digital Wallets

Depending on your device and browser, Stripe may offer additional payment options such as:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Availability is determined by Stripe and your device settings.


Membership Payments

For membership subscriptions (such as Continuity) a valid payment method that supports recurring billing is required.

If your card does not support recurring payments, please contact your bank or use a different card.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined:

  • Confirm your card details are entered correctly.

  • Confirm your billing details are entered correctly.
  • Ensure your card supports online and recurring payments.
  • Contact your bank for additional information.
  • Try a different payment method.

Third-Party Payments

Learning Hub purchases must be completed using the account that will access the program.

At this time, gift payments, payment transfers between accounts, or third-party checkout arrangements are not supported.

If your organization is covering the cost of your program, please coordinate directly with them for reimbursement or payment arrangements.
