Request a refund for a Learning Hub program
This article will show you how to request a refund for an eligible purchase.

Request a refund for a Learning Hub purchase
If you made your purchase on the Learning Hub, you can follow the steps below to request a refund.
Individual programs and other one-time purchases
You can check if your purchase is eligible for a refund in this article: Refund policies.
For one-time purchases, such as individual programs, you can contact us to cancel and request a refund.
To submit your refund request:
1. Select Learning Hub Programs as your issue type
2. Include the program name and date of purchase in your message details
3. Click Send Message.
Once your refund has been issued, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Annual Continuity memberships
Continuity memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your membership within 30 days of your original payment.
Aft the 30 days have passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund for your Continuity membership:
1. Log into your Learning Hub account.
2. Click your profile on the top right.
3. Select Membership Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
5. Find your Continuity Membership.
6. Click on the three vertical dots next to your membership information.
7. On the two-option menu, select Cancel (in some browsers, you may have to scroll down to see the cancel option).
8. Once you have canceled your subscription, you can contact us to request a refund.
You can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.
